1. Registration
Create an account at our Polish language e-learning platform by cliking “Create account” link on the homepage in the login panel.

2. Activation
Once the account has been created, an e-mail message with an activation link will be sent to the address provided in the form. In order to activate the account, click that link and type in the username and password.
Now you are ready to order our Polish language courses and start to learn Polish online with us!

3. Skype
To use our Polish language e-learning platform, Skype - a communication application - is required. Download Skype for free and install it from the website www.skype.com.

4. Order
The account is active and you are logged in Polish language e-learning platform. The list of our Polish language courses can be found in the “Offer” menu. If you hesitate which Polish course to choose, try the free trial lesson, during which a teacher will willingly answer your questions and help you choose the course.
  Choose the Polish language course you are interested in and click “Order”. The order form will be displayed. Upon filling in the form, click “Send the order”.
Your form has been sent to our system, and a message with the information provided in the order form and the link confirming placing the order will be sent to your e-mail address. Should you have any questions, contact us: office@komunika.eu

5. Availability
Upon placing the order, you will be redirected to the “Availability” page, where you will be able to determine dates and times at which you would like to learn Polish with us. More detailes about availability you can find on the FAQ page.

6. Request for the confirmation of the order
We send to your email address a message to ask for confirmation of the Polish language course you have ordered. Should the need arise, our employee will contact you in order to clarify any details. After positive verification, the order changes its status to “Confirmed”.

7. Request for the confirmation of the price for the Polish course (optional)
In case you want to order a non-standard Polish language course our employee will estimate its cost and inform you via e-mail.
