In 2009, certificate examinations are planned on the following dates:

• in the winter session:
  • February 21-22, 2009 in Łódź
• in the spring session:
  • April 18-19, 2009 in Warsaw
  • April 18-19, 2009 in Chicago and other foreign centres
  • May 2-3. 2009 in New York and other foreign centres
• in the summer session in Poland (Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań)
  • dates of examinations in the summer session will be announced in due course.
• in the autumn session in Poland (Warsaw) and in foreign centres.
  • dates of examinations in the summer session will be announced in due course.

An examination at a Polish or foreign centre will be held, if at least 15 candidates express interest. Registration of candidates takes place on-line, by fax or post (handwritten entries must be legible). Detailed information and entry forms are available at: http://www.buwiwm.edu.pl/certyfikacja
